When will the otp go to the entered mobile number? The otp is going to the mobile number I have put in code and not the one entered in form.

Can we send an encrypted image as an OTP through this method (using mms instead of sms)? There the OTP is hidden in the image. Can we use this codes and text local with encryption algorithm?
