👉 Learn how to graph logarithmic functions. The logarithmic function is the inverse of the exponential function. To graph a logarithmic function, it is usually very useful to make the table of values of the function. This is done by choosing a range of values of x and then plug the x-values into the function to get the y-values. We then graph the obtained points.
The domain of a logarithmic function that is not transformed is given by the positive real numbers. The vertical asymptote of a logarithmic function is the vertical line which the graph gets close to but never touches/crosses. For an untransformed logarithmic function, the vertical asymptotes is the line x = 0.
