Tbh, a person who is genuinely invested in working at McDonald like you is rarer than an unicorn. You can work and success anywhere with your mindset but i am glad you are happy here. This channel is a hidden gem, hope your channel bloom, dude.

i gotta say, fast food workers who take pride in their job and want to deliver good products are highly under appreciated. seriously you guys are sometimes the only place to get food after grueling shifts and making food well for the people who work in our country is not the easiest job. i really want america to get rid of the stigma that working at a fastfood place somehow indicates a low job. many people use it as a stepping stone in their lives and should really appreciate all the hard workers in our country who provide us a service that keeps us from having to cook and clean especially for those of us who suck ass at cooking lol
also great job man for posting this to encourage americans again that you can love a work field and truly make it your strength as long as you work hard. it's true for everything in life and this is a great example of determination. well deserved

I feel like it makes such a difference to have management that is active and involved (in any restaurant) and it gives all the employees a sense of pride and a real reason to care on a day to day basis when they feel like they can communicate openly with their boss. Thanks for sharing your story

Weird that I hardly ever see my owner/operator in a given year even once, yet you're on the line doing stuff with your fellow crew.

People really do give the fast food industry and their workers a bad rap... but the hard workers like yourself inspire!

Watching your videos I'm amazed at how laid back everything is. No one is yelling or banging things. I worked at mcdonalds for almost 15 yrs and I would ha e never left if it ran like how this one runs

I have worked as a salaried manager for the same restaurant in Canada for 28 years. There is nothing like the McDonalds brand. Yes, it can be challenging at times, but we for and with a phenomenal brand!

Great to see someone be able to move up the food chain like this. When I got hired at McDonald's it was by a guy who had been a shift manager for only 2 weeks, now as a friend of mine I got to see him work his way up to a store manager, which was a big deal for him back then. Definitely takes time and a lot of hard work but is possible with the right crew, management and support staff.

In 1985, when I was 15.5 years old, I started as crew at a corporate owned McDs (a very large and busy store on the east coast). By 19, I was in the Ops training program studying all of the SOPs, learning shift management skills, yields, inventories, etc. At 20, I was a salaried manager transferred to a smaller inner city store where I learned even more! By 22 I had moved on and kind of changed fields (hotel management), but I will always credit my experience with McDs for setting the foundation and helping to lift me to where I am today (Director of IT for a major global company based in NYC). Congratulations to you on your successes.

Food service really deserves more respect. That respect pays off big time and hopefully all workers will be able to bear the fruits of their labor. Thank you for the story!

I'm happy I stumbled on your channel. McDonald's was my first job and I worked there for 6 years. During that time I became a manager and watching your videos brings back great memories of working the grill. I always loved the grind during rush hours and trying to be as efficient as possible while having a positive attitude.

Wow ! Amazing! I love that you found something you love and your giving it your all. Some people look down on mcdonalds being a career, but i think it's awesome what you've made it to be for you and your family. I myself work in food, different franchise but i can see we have the same work ethic and ambition. I love that so much. Not many people appreciate the field, but when you love your job, it will love you back. I started my way at the bottom and have now worked my way up to running and operating my very own store myself. So keep doing what your doing friend!
