batocera has its own built in file system by pressing F1 for management by far my favorite go to front end using for years it’s pretty simple and efficient for loading up roms and bios files its how i setup my all emulation machines looking like its time for another with the version 37 release

I'd been playing with this and it does seem to get better. There is a new update already too. The one thing holding most software development up now are the restrictions placed on that old kernel.

Good video as always. Anyway, even if now batocera works without crashing, still have a lot of problems and I think it's not worth to use it at this point of development. Of course we have to support the community working on it, but if someone want to play, android is still the best choice

I hope to see some support for the Orange Pi 800. I like having my system in a keyboard. Is there a Keyboard with Touchpad that you can put the Orange Pi 5 in? I love my Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB in the Vilros keyboard/touchpad hub with my 8bitdo N30 wireless mouse.

Hey, just curious. I have the orange pi 5, and I have the wifi/bluetooth nvme for it, but when I load batocera, i get neither wifi nor bluetooth. In your playing around with batocera on the orange pi 5, I was wondering whether you ever had that issue and know how to make it work?
Figure it's a long shot, but the orange pis seem to be very poorly covered, so it's hard finding a channel that has familiarity with them!

Right Click on any Locked Folder and Open as Root, put in your OS's password. do not neeed extra software

You have tried enabling the dolphin gles driver on Linux? I think it would be an interesting experience considering that not all consoles (for example ps2) are in batocera

I've had it on the pi 5 for a while. It's much better than jelos on many fronts, BUT the gamecube emulation is unfortunately worse and no atari jaguar emulation!

Does this also works for other RK3588 boards, like the rk3588 from Mekotronics, or is there just another build for it?

Hopefully they fix the image for the 8GB+ Ram models that couldnt boot it.

How can you set a fix ip? The mac address always changes so dhcp mac binding does not work ...
