Welcome to my channel! I am so glad you are stopping by. I had great intentions of filming more as I set up but didn't think of taking the camera out while I was elbow deep in classroom projects. Loved your video! I loved how you talked about giving yourself a break when it comes to doing your room--we don't start until after Labor Day but I find I have all these things planned to do each day (when I can get in because I have a summer job) and when I don't accomplish them I get really overwhelmed. I know it will get done but it's just my nature! I am keeping the same theme as last year (chalkboard with bright pops of color) so things are going a lot smoother setting up than previous years, though this year I totally redid my floor plan layout. Also noted--we have the same birthday chart! haha

Kudos to you for being so organized! This is my third year teaching Kindergarten. When I inherited my classroom I inherited a file cabinet full of things that weren't mine. Blessing and curse...lots of resources but lots of junk too. I have yet to truly go through and organize it...3 years on... don't know how you did it! Maybe I'll try next year!
