When you extendend the crossbeam was it enough to just tighten the screws? Am I supposed to drill new holes in the rails for the screws to fit properly?

Are the buttons on the control pad physical buttons or capacitive touch buttons? I'm legally blind so I'm curious if you can feel the buttons or if its totally smooth.

really keen on grabbing this. at full height does it wobble at all? and how important do you think having carpet is with respect to this?
