So Walz (1) didn't complete Command Sargent Major training, (2) failed to inform his superiors he was separating and to go ahead and reduce his rank, (3) claims he served in "Operation Enduring Freedom" (Afghanistan) but talks about "carrying a weapon of war in Iraq." And (4) kept up the pretense for 20 years.
