AGREE with Warren. I dont think this indictment will survive appellate review... Also, I think an honest jury would "blow" this out anyway aside from the legal insufficiency... Where is the "intent to defraud too ?" As a former ultra "can do" prosecutor, this is BEYOND a "stretch..." IMO this indictment embarrasses prosecutors across the world...

You missed it but Cohen lawyer said it that Trump did not direct Cohen to pay off stormy daniel. Michael Cohen did it himself and put it as an expense for the campaign.

Warren - Great stuff. I'm a fan. I'm a big TSLA fan, largely on the basis of your "early" YouTube videos. Just wanted to let you know that Alan Dershowitz also went on YouTube to criticize this Trump Indictment. (And Dershowitz claims he is not a Trump Fan - he voted for Hilary against Trump.)

Hello Warren, have a great respect for your opinion. I understand you didn’t and don’t like Trump. I assume you are doing it from an attorney perspective. What I would like to know, of course it is non of my business but have you ever created a very competitive business? If you did, you should know that the week gets run over and Trump would not let any one run over him. His past is unknown to me, I only know what I saw during his 4 years in the WH. I also like DeSantis but I would love to see him as VP with Trump x 4 years & POTUS for 8 years, what a combo it would be. Wishful thinking from my part. I came to the US as an adult & love this Country and Trump gave me hope contrary to what Biden is doing. Love your videos & will continue following you. Thank you.

The whole thing, no mater how unethical it sounds, is a weak case at best. This should have never gone to an indictment and is an example of our broken political and justice system.
