French artist @BrunoCesarCatalano has created an extraordinary series of eye-catching bronze sculptures called “Les Voyageurs” that depict realistic human workers with large parts of their bodies missing. “I have traveled a lot and I left my land Morocco, when I was 12 years old. I felt that a part of me was gone and will never come back.”
The fragmentation of these seemingly "incomplete" sculptures, represents the void that all immigrants feel in their entrails (voids that can never be filled), leaving behind families, dreams, loves, lived experiences, emotions, culture, roots, friends, titles, status, goods. #architectanddesign
