In Depth: The Ayodhya Case

The civil suit on the Ayodhya land dispute will be heard by a newly constituted three-judge bench of the Supreme Court on October 29th. The apex court paved the way for hearing in the main Ayodhya title suit on September 27th, while pronouncing its verdict in a related case. In a 2:1 majority verdict, a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court ruled that the 1994 Ismail Faruqui case, which said mosques are not integral to Islam, will not be referred to a larger bench. My suggestion: This is an opportunity in front of SC. It can take a decision whereby it can build a monument in the disputed land which would not be a religious place, rather a scientific place, where every community can come and play around. This way there will be harmony and an example that after all humans are above all.

It's not just at this site, but it is known that Mughals and Muslim conquerors demolished temples, sculptures...this is very clearly seen even today in temples especially of South. What about those? There's also conspiration that Taj Mahal is a Shiva temple. what about those? 🤔

This issue needs to be looked from many dimensions to see what has gone wrong and what is going wrong, is there anything that we can do to retain the INDIA that all rational people are talking about OR all tolerant Indians wanted to continue to maintain to be the most peaceful nation with harmony and tolerance.


- Why a National moment of such big scale was needed to build/solve a temple issue?

- Why this dispute is not being tried to be resolved in past 100 years or at least 30 years after India is freed from all Invasions?

- Why there never came an Indian major Muslim Parties/Group came to understand/resolve this as Indian issue rather than just a religion perspective?

- Why there came a desperate need and thought process of unifying Hindu / Sanathan Dharma followers in this country, being in their nation?

- Why did political setups and parties, post-Independence majorly dependent on appeasing certain groups rather unifying them?

- Why so much tolerant people were taken for granted for anything that wanted to get/get back w.r.t to their culture, heritage and history?

- Why we have built a culture to report/talk about mis-conduct of certain groups/religions, why not based on just the incidents without prejudice or priorities?

- Why do we allow parties to function separatist mindset, rather unifying and development?

- Why do we still allow illegal migrations/infiltration in this nation creating a fear of demographics issue, with so many global and local examples?

- Why do we encourage people talk about religion first but no the nation?

- Why the parties and media forgets about the common men that live happily together as single human race, just with their diversity of religious practices ?
- Why do we propagate and discuss negative happenings more, instead of progress of positive happenings?

- Why do we just keep doubting and questioning leadership even after a democratic process of election?

This list will never end and there will be not be any solution until we start believing in OR connected in a common factor as top priority as being an INDIAN (with historical, genetic, cultural back ground of this region), then comes all other factors of race, language, religion, creed, cast etc

Muslim Religious Learnent personslities, Politicsl leaders & Social Orgsnisations on behalf of Muslim Community have reacted wth strong protest agsinst the Supreme Court Verdict dt. 27/09/18 which has given in an Appesl Case of Ismsil Faruqui with the majority by 2:1, upholding earlier Judgement of 1994. declying/refusing to refer Appeal to larger Bench of 05 Judges, which is great shock to entire/whole Muslim Community. If Appeal had been referred to larger Bench in view of request in Appeal & of Judge Nazeer then most probably it been revertd back in favour of Muslim Community.
All Masjids/Mosques entire/through out the world including Baberi Masjid of Ayodhya had been permanently essential parts of Islam for performing of five times unite Namaz/Prayer by Muslim Community to Holly Allah since beginning & which will remain continue till end of the world. Relation/Connection between Masjid & Muslim Community is just like body & soul. There is great dissatisfaction among the the Muskim Community as shown by the above Personalities. So there is acute need to take cognigent by the Supreme Court itself & to refer the dismissed Appeal of Ismail Faruqui to the larger Bench of 05 Judges for review & reconsideration & for giving long awaited over due genuine & justified Judgement/Verdict in favour of Muslim Community, reverting back Verdict of 1994 in the initial Petition filed earlier by Ismsil Faruqui..
Ismail Faruqui is also advised to discuss thr matter with the Jameetul Ulema, All India Muslim Persansl Law Board, Political leaders & Muslim Social Organisations & Senior Advocates & file joint Review/Revision Petition, by himself, Jameetul Ulema, AIMPLB & Leaders giving due authorising consent if possble. If impossible then file such Appeals by all Individuly so that Supreme Court can take it/them seriiously as unite/joint voice of entire/whole Muslim Community of india instead if individual's light voice.
