How to Enable USB Ports in HP BIOS

so i did that and windows did not restart correctly but after windows did its think i still did not have usb option for booting. i need to boot from usb to install a new OS i have the 6460b model thanks

kind, I ran into such a problem, hp pro3500 disabled all USB ports in the BIOS, now I can’t go into the BIOS to turn them on, there are some options, resetting the BIOS through the battery did not help

when I try to install windows 7 on HP 620 with intel celeron T3000 4GB, and toshiba hard drive it start to load windows from USB/ DVD, but it stoped at 1:45 screen and turn off. I can't fix it.
