The Seiko and Hamilton are fine for rough stuff. The G-Shock is a good choice if your arm is likely to be run over by a truck or eaten by sharks.

ngl, I think having scratches and other light damages to a personal watch from use is nice. Adds a little connection and personalization to a watch of you’re never going to sell it
