I read the whole book and i found interesting. Brian Tracy talks about self-discipline and personal development in his 300 page book. The book helped me develop better habits for myself. I clean my room and the kitchen daily. I exercise 3 days a week. And I no longer procrastinate when it comes to online school. I ended with an A in my past online semester. I'll keep improving to become the best person I can be.

Brian Tracy inspired me to change my thinking in order to get desired results. I'm a registered nurse who is now taking a real estate course in Jersey to be a licensed salesperson! Man he even teaches healthy life and wellness. I have read the book no excuse and I have lost 6 pounds in two weeks after I follow what he tought me in the book. No sugar, no white flour, no salt. I avoided three white poisons.
