Man you are from cut from my cloth. I grew up making the best of what we had and didn't have much. How many times I thought of making a go cart out of my snowblower but realized it better as a snowblower because I live in Canada lol. Awesome work someone like you are invaluable to the people around you.

Okay, that’s an intermediate step.
You still have not corrected the steering geometry, so all the forces that caused the previous failure are still there. The only time the front wheels should ever be parallel is when you are going straight. As you turn they should point apart and the tighter you turn the further apart they should point. If you draw an imaginary line through the centre of each wheel, the lines should cross at the same point where they meet the one through the back wheels. That will ease the stress when you’re going round bends.
I still think you’re going to need some kind of spring system at the front, too. Why does the driver not deserve the same comfort as the cargo? It’s a bigger problem if the driver gets thrown out, surely?
Can’t wait for the next one…

Poverty is the best motivation, a little pain would go better with the sun glases, very good job, hope to see the body work soon.

Not fancy, but certainly a whole lot better than nothing. Very nice effort!

You have no Ackerman geometry on your new front axle so you have parallel steering again ! Look up Ackerman on the internet …. You could also have made the kingpin at an angle, not vertical. This reduces the bending on the stub axle and decreases the steering effort. 😊👍

No te ofendas pero era obvio que esas ruedas delanteras no iban a resistir mucho. Igualmente es sólo un detalle, es un trabajo impecable.

The new steering looks a lot more sturdy than the first. Wish you put in leaf springs or any other type of suspension in as well.
