I can so relate to "Beti hui hai, Koi baat nai". We had our firstborn after 5 years of marriage and we always wanted a girl child first. And we did get blessed with a daughter. And just over 2 years later, we got blessed with our second daughter. And that's when most of the people around were like, it's ok koi baat nai, 2 laxmi aa gayi, no one had heartful greetings for us. I was in fact very happy that I would have 3 ladies who will love me (including my wife). Daughters are always closer to fathers. And yes they are very close to me. I am so lucky to have them in my life. Sometimes, I get teary when I think of the moment they will leave me after marriage.

I laughed so hard tbh but I cried a bit too in the end when "papa ko sugar" joke came up. My dad died 4 months ago after an unsuccesful heart bypass surgery and I always used to ask my Abba not to eat things in a same manner Gaurav described here "AUR KHAO PAAYE, OR KHAO CHOLAY BATHURAY" and now I miss him a lot. Now I only have my mother and sisters and I promise to take care of them forever. I have tears in my eyes but I am in my office van going back home that's why I cannot even cry.♥️
I just pray for every parent out there that they live forever and see their children making them proud. ♥️
