Great points there Steve. One thing I would like to expand on with point number 2 about rejection. Sometimes your job in a particular situation may be to only plant a seed. While you may be rejected outwardly, you really have no idea of what the Holy Spirit is doing internally, and it may be further down the road that this seed becomes mature. You may not be the person to even see the benefit from the seed that was planted. :)
