I hate a dark kitchen, so I love that the loft doesn't extend over it. I don't need a loft, but this makes it an option for storage.

Beautiful and I too would want smaller appliances so they are flush! Also, tile in shower which u said would be ok to do. Other than that, beautiful design!!!!❤

Why do they not use the countertop depth fridges in tiny homes when spaces such a problem already!? The price isn't that much different but the space you get for walking through as a lot without that extra 6 sticking out in a narrow walkway

This is a nice home. I love the wood ceiling and trim. One thing about real wood, you can always paint, strip, paint... as your tastes change.

Cutting back on the loft and the stairway would provide room for a table and chairs. How much time would you spend on your knees in a loft that large?
