You know, when you see a social media personality talking about their cool and fantastic lifestyle, you know that they're overstating the good things and hiding the not-so-great stuff. In my case, while I watch that kind of content, I spend the time trying to find out how true is what they`re showing.

In exchange, I naturally enjoy and trust Lana's content; its simplicity makes me rely on every word she says, and that is a big part of her success.

The part about whether a person can fall in love if the circumstances were right is such an interesting concept, and it really made me think. I suppose, to an extent, it could cause crushes, attraction, and maybe even infatuation, but not necessarily love. If you perfected everything---created the conditions where both people would thrive, set them up so they had instant chemistry and all the right conversational topics, and even made them to appear like one anothers' ideal person---it's likely they would fall for one another. For a short time, that is. Ultimately, after that moment (or perhaps even moments) are over, it falls down to two main factors: compatibility and choice. First, regarding compatibility, I believe that if there is a fundamental mismatch of values or they have completely different directions/ outlooks in life, it wouldn’t work unless one of fhem sacrifices an integral part of who they are. That's not to say they can't make compromises or change aspects of themselves for the better. But once those perfected moments are gone, what's left might be two people who just...don't see love the same way, or have expectations of life/ romance that the other partner can't meet. So there wouldn't be lasting love. Yet, the caveat to this is the other factor: choice. Lots of people say love is a choice. You actively choose to do things for your partner, find out their love languages, express affection, etc. And if both individuals have a strong internal locus of control and decide they will choose to love the other person, yes, true love can come from this 'perfecting the circumstances' concept. But of course, these are just my opinions and observations, though it'll be fun to have social experiments around this. I guess the closest thing we have is the '36 questions' where people are brought together, asked questions which are ideal for creating connection, and most of the time, they either end up going out on dates or becoming good friends. So I suppose it works, but only to an extent.

Also, for the astrology thing, it might have something to do with confirmation bias and self-fulfilling prophecy.
