At this moment I have one NSX Manager that governs two computing clusters at the network level (one in each DC with a latency of less than 5ms between them).

The key question is at the Edge Cluster level where I want to know the possibility and recommendation of deploying Edge Clusters where each Edge Node is in each DC. is this can be

Thanks for the command line but as I just configured this for work and couldnt recall how to get to vrf0 to do that test ping. The one thing we wanted to do was run the edges in the workoad cluster but for a reason no one can tell why, you need 2 yep overlay networks and must route between. Would certainly love an explanation video on that problem! Keep it up.... Btw, no bunnie hug? I mean hoodie....

cool stuff in this videos - thx!! @9:33 I see in the uplink profile under Teaming Policy Switch Mapping "DPDK Fastpath Interfaces". In my lab I have to so select "Virtual NICs". Is this a change in v3.1.1? In this way fp-eth1 has no connection to ALLTRUNK-DGP and the L2 Bridging does not working... 🤔

Very helpful. I watched all of you videos. There is something where I am not sure how to deploy it in production. If I have one tier0 gw and many many tier1 for different customers, how would I give public ips to the tier1 and would i use different vrf for each tier1–tier0 connection?

Hi Mike, I have followed the steps in order to establish the BGP connectivity from Physical router to T0 router. It is working fine. I have created on loopback interface on T0 and getting it on Physical router via BGP. The only issue i am getting is: as i connect segment with T1 router my BGP neighbor ship become idle. i can not see any route on physical router.

The 10.25.20.0/24 Subnet which you've statically assigned to your Edge to be used for your TEP (If I'm correct). And you've kept the IP addressing assignment to "DHCP" for the Transport Nodes. Does the "10.25.20.0/24" subnet also contain the Transport Nodes? Also, for this subnet what is the Default Gateway?

is this VLan 20 and 19 you have created as L3(vlan) on Physical switch? and you allowed as a trunk between ESXI VNIC to Physical switch?
and edge node you created two TEPS but i saw you allowed only vlan 20 ... it means TEP has a unique ip address within the vlan 20 ?
so ednge TEP will give the update to vlan 20 information to all other TEPs with the help of LCP and CCP ?
can we create L2 TEPS as well ?

I followed all the steps till here but unable to ping the default GW. Let me know from your lab design (lab logical view) where is the default gateway (10.25.20.1) ?
