'God is Good and He's Blessing Us': Pastor Gives Sermon as His Home Burns Down

A South Carolina pastor delivered inspirational, gospel-driven words just moments after his house was destroyed by a raging fire.

Sammy Smith, founder of Grace Cathedral Ministries in Piedmont, South Carolina, posted video of the inferno — which unfolded Nov. 7 just before Sunday services — on his Facebook page.

This is beautiful. There is nothing to hard for our Heavenly Father! Even though I’m struggling to provide for my two autistic children since losing my job as a social worker for the state of NC for declining the vaccine. I’m still trusting in GOD! My situation has made me so much closer to him. I declined because I’m battling lupus and had a recent heart attack. I’m on a bunch of meds including blood thinners. I lost my health insurance. I’m so ashamed of my situation and I feel so alone but I will take my problems to the Lord. It is only because of his grace we still have a home. I am grateful that God has carried me this far. I know he will provide. I’m trusting in him. I have no fear but FAITH!

My home burned down February 7th 2021 and I said the same thing ! Gods will must be done!
I ain’t mad! I was sad! But never mad! God definitely gave me the fire of baptizem that morning!
Only thing I wish I could do was go back and LISTEN to the audible voice I heard that night when I was leaving and locking the door.

I heard
“Fire let dogs out”
At the time I didn’t think anything of it! I heard it clearly. Check my wood burning stove checked the dogs again. And left.

I sure miss my dogs!

God is good & amazing all the time! Trust in him yet fear him also!
For he is the only one who can kill ya soul or save ya soul!

Calm and peaceful with God in heaven:
There is one God who is eternally manifesting himself in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
The Bible says, that we are all sinners.
As it is written: There is none righteous, no not one. Romans 3:10
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags Isaiah 64:6
For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23
(The word “death” in this verse speaks of spiritual death in hell.)
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Isaiah 1:18
Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures 1Cor 15 3:8
In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14
For by grace ye are saved; through faith and not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast.
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vein Galatians 2:21
If you would like to receive Jesus as your Savior.
Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and trust in Jesus and only Jesus to save you.

You can say a prayer expressing your gratitude, sorrow for your sins, etc. the words don’t matter, but remember your prayer doesn’t save you.  Your trust in Jesus and what He did for you on the cross is what saves you.
The moment you trust in Jesus and only Jesus, you are saved.
