If confirmed 60A head and DNO provided earth conductor to the block, as long as the Main Earth from the block to the DB/CU is 16mm, no code.

Depends on what maximum short circuit capacity would be. Adiabatic equasition could be used to check it. If it was fine to handle the current then id C3 it.

60A main fuse, so 16mm tails would be ok there for 10mm earth should be ok too . Maybe a C3 if your feeling mean

I guess it depends in what those tails are, they could be 16mm as it’s 60amp supply which would mean 10mm is sufficient for one conductor. If 25mm tails are there, there the conductor should be at least half the size and therefore 10mm not enough?

Does the adiabatic equation not prevail over the "line csa /2 " rule? If so, a 10 mm2 would be fine for pfc up to around 2 kA for 0.4 s disconnection? So if pfc is below that then I would say it's all good

Be fine for such a short distance tbf - c4 lolol

Half size of suplly conductor, what size are tails ??

I will guess and say it's ok with a 60A main fuse on a TN-S. C3
