Many singers have a hard time with vocal breaks when they go to sing high notes.

It can feel like you're just not mean to hit high notes when you voice keeps breaking.

But actually, one of the biggest reasons your voice is breaking is consonants.

Today, I'll show you how you can use consonants to stop vocal breaks immediately.

In phonetics, what you're doing is changing a voiceless consonant (k, s, t, etc) where the larynx isn't vibrating into voiced (g, z, d, etc) which already starts with vibration before the vowel

Is that why so many singers sound like they're slurring and not hitting the sounds I'd expect from words?

I just mentioned this in another video...I have noticed singers doin things like saying "woud" instead of "world" (Mitch from PTX in their "Daft Punk" video is a great example) and "da" instead of "the, " but I never thought of why the do it...thank you!

In the line you were singing was that chest or head voice, as I'm still really confused on how to do the 2 and when I'm singing if its just a mixed voice

Sorry man but this is nonsense. Using guh where you want to sing cuh denies the way the word should sound. Just use a very short c and there is no problem. Just avoid the h after the c. Problem solved.
