Hah I’m also getting into living soil!!!

Also your power supply said the watts right on it, and as long as the power supply has more power and same voltage, people are good to go, it won’t over power it.

We want to design a vertical ebb and flow hydroponic system (a system in which the roots are submerged into the nutrient solution once or twice per day, each for about 30 minutes). Now the main issue is the drain of water in each cup after submerging period.
Our simple design - a reservoir at the bottom, a submersible water pump in the reservoir, an inflow tube that transfers water to the upper level, and several levels of cups. Now we need to hold water in each cup for 30 minutes.
We can use a valve at the bottom of each cup, but it's time-consuming. Is there any simple way for that?

Hey man, whats up ?
Thanks for the video, that was quick.
Couldn't you just connect a timer to the thing?
Anyway I'll do some research on my own.
You are probably correct with the way you are doing it.

I'm really disappointed your not growing with areo anymore.

I know why though.
Its impossible to grow multi crops in one grow chamber with one res.
Believe or not it's the same with cannabis.
Just from strain to strain.
The nute demand is so different from one to the other.

Like I stated before, the systems I use consist of 2, 21 site grow chambers with one res.
So when i put that system to 12/12 (flowering stage).
I have 42 plants of the same strain. This way I can run a true nute solution for that strain.
The 2 weeks later I put another system to 12/12 with a different strain.
Then 2 weeks later another system. And 2 weeks after that one another.
That makes 4 systems i have flowering at once.

So now 2 weeks after I put the 4th one to flower.
I can harvest the first system.
So every 2 weeks i harvest a system. And start a system.

I have 4 mother plants that I take clones off of.
Forty two at i time.
Depending on the strain I can keep these mothers in the veg. stage for 1 to 2 years.
I clone everything in areo cloners I built.
I take the clone and in 5 to 10 days I have roots.
But I let them go 17 days to establish a good root system.

Then the clones go straight to 12/12. No veg time.
The clones are 5 to 6 inchs tall when they go in.
And buy harvest they are anywhere from 17 to 30 inches tall.
All in a 3'x3' area in the sea of green..
I have found I get alot better yield ( per s/ft) for a quarter of the price.
Than growing in soil.

I have also found as you have, that veggies are better grown in soil.
Unless you grow just one item.

But in regards to your areo setup.
We need to talk.
You've got something going there.

I'm going to start researching everything in that setup.
And do some modifications.
While performing some cost break downs.
And performing a complete grow with these setups to see how they perform with the nute solution I like to use.
Anyway good luck and take care.

hey I need more info. can I please message you or do you have a instagram I could DM you on? Im trying to figure out how this process would work for multiple solenoids and the programing for the actual elegoo.
