My concern is that, banks wont allow you to check the car, do a test drive before bidding. They'll only allow you to check the car if the car has already been awarded to you. Di ba?

This is bad advice. Repossessed cars have a lot of problems na. Mas gagastos ka sa paayos compared to brand new. Kumbaga kung kukuha ka ng laptop na may deficiency na, mauubos pera mo kakapagawa sa technicians.
