SCRIVENER FOR BEGINNERS | How to create character profiles | Scrivener 3 for MacOS

CREATING CHARACTER PROFILES ON SCRIVENER is easier than you think. Whether you're the kind of person who likes to write full-on character sketches, complete with complex back stories and pictures, or you like the simplicity of a classic profile (name, height, eye color, etc), Scrivener can help you organize the information in a convenient way.

- There are more than one version of Scrivener out there. In this video, I am using Scrivener 3 for MacOS. If you have a different version, this video may not be helpful for you. Omg...character profiles, my ultimate weakness. I swear, I never grew out of that 12-year-old stage of obsessing over creating the most detailed, unimportant character profiles ever haha. I LOVE this, and I love seeing that you made profiles for even the horses! I've been thinking about Scrivener a lot lately and Save the Cat and all these methods that are commonly used that I've never tried before, and I think for NaNo this year and I'm going to go all in on and do it ALL for my re-write of my Nutcracker retelling. It was such a mess last time that I think now with all these videos and such, it's going to help a lot get everything in order. I'm really looking forward to more of your videos for Beginners :D Thanks for thinking of us less-than-tech-savvy people!

Yay!! I have scrivner myself. I need to reread the tutorial. I know I use a small amount of the program. I've been wondering how you complie it and save as a document. Gotta figure that out.
