In my opinion as a long-time fan of Tomb Raider, Keeley Hawes IS the voice of Lara.

The ending of Legend is still to this day one of the best acted scenes I have watched in any medium. The sheer icy tone that Keeley brings to Lara is truly fantastic. But she also brings great charm and sexiness to the character.
