I'm actually glad she kept this routine. The music & choreography. It's the best one of her career. Miles better than her 2012 routine. Which I use to fast forward through & just watch her tumbling passes.

i wish she had kept the cool upgrades (double arabian piked + punch front; double layout + split jump; double pike + split half) instead of scrapping them each time they didnt go well :(

If she could just change the double pike to a triple twist or something. Thats the one weakness of the routine, everything else looks great!

I get that she's most likely trying to breathe for a second (her routine being as difficult as it is and all) but I don't see why she can't add a simple turn or something to get an extra tenth or two at 0:43....her choreography is just really awkward there...

imho Aly's tumbling is world-class and her musical interpretation is 1000% better since London, I just wish she would hit her splits. She's giving away at least 0.10 in every split leap, if not more. Mehai probably thinks Aly's tumbling is going to be enough in Rio, but it won't. For example, although they have the same d score, Guilia could beat her based only on leaps.

I wish she had a new routine. The music doesn't fit her power or build; it's too classical! She needs something more uptempo and dynamic, IMO! I hope something improves by trials.
