Love the dark, majestic and "closed" sound of this magnificent instrument. And nice interpretation, too.

superb playing! I adore the English organ tradition, the Victorian organ, England's way of dealing with the important neoclassical organ-heritage... In Belgium many organists prefer to act as if the 20th century didn't happen at all when it comes to organs, organbuilding and repertoire... Walton proves them wrong, as does Richard Pinel and many of his colleagues!!! Keep up the great work, and I'd love to hear more from you!!

Sounds fitting in a generous acoustic, good to see you playing, those pistons are so useful! Harrisons do build a comfortable console. I am wondering what is the significance of the piston marked + which you use at 3:23?? It brings some reeds in, but is it a general piston? Thanks for posting. I remember turning the pages at Windsor for Messaien's Transports de Joie, in the 1970s when Christopher Robinson was organist-good memories!

Can/should the choir be coupled to the Great for tutti registrations or is it only the swell that should be on this organ?
