Awesome! Thanks, Frazer. I finally got my CRM with follow-up feature figured out which lead me to writing out a process for my customer care. Now that I have the plan, I just need to work it and not be all over the shop and drop people. I'll write out your recruiting process and stick it right next to the other one. Nothing's better than processes that eliminate thinking b/c you get more done. 💪
