So, the judge didn't rule in their favor despite Pepsi literally breaking false advertisement laws? You have to disclose that it's a joke. That's ridiculous.This is unfortunately the standard that the modern world lives by now. Big companies can just get away with whatever they want, even if they fully break laws, same with politicians and law enforcement. It doesn't matter if they break laws. Apparently they're above that.
