Sky News Business Reporter Ed Boyd says the ASX 200 is down about 0.4 per cent in early trade on Thursday.
“I think that’s really because some of our biggest companies, BHP and CSL and Woolworths, have gone ex-dividend today,” Mr Boyd told Sky News Australia.
“So that’s taken a little bit of value out of the market.”
