I saw this anime a long time ago. But for some reason, I just came back to experience the emotions of this track in the scene in which it was portrayed. Love is a beautiful thing to experience but with love comes pain as well. So for each of you, love what you still have at this moment and keep loving until their day of parting. Life is but a fleeting shadow.

I cannot comprehend any conceivable way you can dislike this. Seriously, are there bots who dislike videos like this? This is one of the most depressing, yet calming and beautiful pieces of music, not just in anime, but that I've heard period.

On top of that, you have an artist who pours his heart and soul into writing his own arrangement of the piece, which more than does it justice. (It is currently the best on YouTube bar none) What is not to like?

I'm sorry Shonen only fans or whoever the heck is disliking this, not every song is going to be generic hype fuel.

It's been years since I've watched Clannad- as in, I was barely a pre-teen the last time, and now I'm old enough to drink. It didn't matter at all, though, because as soon as I heard this, saw that art, the emotions flooded back. It's still vivid, and it still brought me to tears, all these years later, without even seeing the scene again.

Time for a rewatch. If I still can't handle the music almost a decade later, I doubt I'll stay dry-eyed rewatching the whole show, but I feel like its time.
