They're called Haboos I'm AZ they are so strong you can get Valley Fever if you stay in one. I've never heard them called Dust Devils.

Dust devil? People come up with some stupid ass names for things. So basically your saying dust deceiver because the word devil mean to deceive. 🤦🏿‍♂️
