On August 26, 2021, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation in collaboration with the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer, brought together experts in storytelling and engagement to share with families the power of their voice. The webinar, Engaging in Advocacy: How to Amplify the Power of Your Story, described the key steps to creating and telling a personal story and how the story can contribute to successful advocacy efforts through social media. Presenters for this webinar included Sarah Milberg, Director of Government Relations and Advocacy at St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Susannah Koontz, Principal for Koontz Oncology Consulting LLC, and Rene Marsh, CNN's government regulation and transportation correspondent
