Not long ago they were saying everyone will get $1100 just because of the over paid taxes… everyone !!!

Get a rebate, then pay even more for registration! I was paying over $200 a year to register my 10 year old car in California..the new state I moved to? $35 for two years. Oh and gas is still half that of Cali. If you are not rich in California, you have a crappy quality of life. If living in a Van down by the Ocean is your thing, then Cali is really great for that lifestyle!
