I have heard (and read) elsewhere more than once that the cholesterol in food has practically no effect on heart health.Even famous heart doctor Dr.Dean Ornish has said publicly that people only have to worry about their saturated fat and or trans fat levels making sure that they don't eat anymore than ten grams of saturated fat and or trans fat per day or they'll be at an increased risk of having a heart attack.Dr.Dean Ornish says practically nothing about limiting cholesterol in his book(s)

Think that every one already knows that artificial sugars but also refined sugars are poicin for our body, by the way all hidden sugars are of influence to your bloodsugar mirror and makes most people fatique. However, never use sugar but fatique due to other issues. Coconut oil is healthy but as with all we eat, do not take too much of it.
