I was able to do it but when i grab it the menu didnt apear

Grabbed the book again but no menu, tired multiple times

I did it on my first try on the switch u do it on your menu not the book shelf, i first hold lt and rt click a read then very fast trigger finger click all 3 botton fast 2-3 clicks on rt and lt then hold did not let go but still click 3 perks. Thats how i did it. I did it 3 times just on my pc xbox and it all works
