Are you going to at least plant the pot in the ground for the winter? You live in a better area for growing Cedrus deodara than I do but the roots will be a better consistant temperature than if left above ground.
If you can clean off the capital D change it to a lower case d. The species name has to be a lower case letter. Also add single quotes to the cultivar name.
