Still tastes nothing. I can smell the pod but when i drink the flavor is BARELY and i mean BARELY perceivable.

If anyone is having trouble, remove the pod and below you can see there is a hole, re put the pod back and if you here like a whistle thing when you sup you should get the flavour (it is not supposed to taste max juice like. But if it still doesn't work, I might just be you have a weak flavour

I for one did all of these and only got a tiny taste, but then I realised that I have a bit of a cold and blew my nose. After I tried again and it worked!!!

SO, SO DISSAPOINTING !!!
I bought my Dad one for xmas because he has diabetes and I was so excited to give him a solution to drinking the amount of water he needs to.
We both opened and assembled it together... Tried it together... And I was absolutely gutted. Not only because I'd paid for the silver one, but because I'd felt like I'd really let him down. ( Especially because I'd spent several minutes before we tried it telling him how fantastic it was going to be ) !!!

- I've tried reassembling it piece by piece.
- I've done the factory reset several times.
- I've tried five different flavours.
- I understand that it's not supposed to be a complete flavour substitute.

But the flavour is so BARELY, BARELY noticeable... That if I didn't know I was drinking water that was supposed to taste like something... I'd think I was just drinking water !!!

I don't write these kind of reviews lightly... But this really was awful.
And the marketing hypes it SO MUCH.

There were such good reviews for this thing so I was excited to get one, but no matter what I try I can’t taste anything! It’s just water for me… Plus it was my Christmas present so can’t be returned because of the tiny returns window…

Mine works perfectly, i bought the gen 2 limited edition bottle in summer. The flavours last long, over a week easily, they are actually pretty strong, i don't know what people are yapping about

Does not work (for me). Judging be all the reviews, it seems this product only 'works' for a small group of people.

Additionally, company also has a blatantly scam-like return policy. If you open/try your bottle; you cannot return it or any other un-opened items that came with it. They say it's because "we like to keep it clean around here"... but I bet it's because they know their product only works on a very small handful of people. Pretty good business model to sell (redacted word) items when there is zero chance of having to return/refund people.

do you have to remove the little plastic film on the pod? like on top of the photo of the flavor? cause i noticed it but there was nothing in the instructions about whether or not to remove it and i can't find anything online either

one of my uncles bought this for my little sister for christmas cuz she’s been BEGGING for this thing. it came it today and she just tried it, but she was pretty upset when she drank some because it didn’t taste like anything. she says it sort of tastes like its flavored but it’s way too faint. i’ll try seeing if this works for her but if not, im heavily disappointed
