28:45 Eclipse is not resolved correctly. We need to add try/catch to handle the scenario; else add throws exception at method of functional interface.

The example in 28:28 is just wrong and adding the throws Exception clause to main method will not make that code compile.

Good but many questions are not audible and can not be understood by non-native speakers of english due to lack of microphone and hence the answers are staying in the air.
