Its hard trying to keep up with aid bill passed, whats been sent, whats remaining... so many different small packages from this portion of bill, handful of packages from another portion... but from what i can gather... there was $13.8B in USAI, the big long term packages that have to be manufactured, additional patriots, additional vehicles, stuff like that.. $9.4B has been used, $4.3B remaining..
On the drawdown portion, which is loaded and sent as released, faster to the battlefield, short term necessities.. presidential drawdown authority portion.. $7.8B total available from bill passages, 2.4B used, so $5.4B remaining... so just a little over $9B remaining total from the $61B aid bill, whew that went fast.. granted looking at the actual bill, only $21.5B actually went to Ukraine through multiple sections of the bill.. PDA was 13.4 but had to make up the -$6B overuse from last bill, 7.9B was economic assistance, $7.3B was charged in bill but went to US DOD for US troops expense in Europe, $2.5B was humanitarian aid, $7B went to US defense companies to expand production, $7.8B went to new equipment for US military to replace previous taken drawdown equipment, $3.3B went to CIA for Intelligence services, costs, etc. $1.6B went to Foreign military financing assistance, to buy soviet style weapons Ukraine was already familiar with, to get to them faster, already gone. The way they did this bill is ridiculous, and the deception in what new was actually available for Ukraine.. wasnt but a third of that $61B

Hi Jonathan, please be careful when disclosing sensitive info. Example. Taiking about the cheap listening network being set up in Ukraine. Russia may well not know about this, but due to your info could set up their own network. All you need to say is that a listening network could be set up in the future.
