How I fixed mine was I was using either hotspot or tethering from my phone and getting the error.
The fix was to turn the phone off and back on.

I just pressed go offline than I pressed campaign but I don't have it so it just put me back to the main screen and it worked!

->advanced settings->settings for QoS-> tick both boxes (DSCP and WMM) and press the button restart xbox. For me the problem has never occurred anymore since i did this.

Y’all I was having this issue for the longest and it turns out the issue was my vpn :| so if nothing else is working and you have a vpn enabled then that’s most likely your issue

It's a mw3 problem as other call of duty games are working fine

After I restarted my PS5 it worked but something else you can do is disconnect and reconnect and you might have to do it like 1-3 times but I usually get it working by then
