I just checked the tempo of this recording vs. the studio recording. Live at Carnegie Hall: 137 bpm. Chicago III album: 125 bpm. That's quite a difference.

Centers, s bass lines were awesome early on when he concentrated on it. But the the power ballads came and the ego got bigger than the planet.

Love the song....love the that tempo is ridiculously fast. Sorry to say, but Kath's fault. He counted off and set the tempo of every song when playing live. The thumbs down may be because of the tempo (IMO).
