1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon dry pepper flakes
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley

The first scampi i ever had was back in 1994 and it was creamy. I never knew it could be made not creamy. I would see the videos without the cream and wonder why I never see it the way I had it back in the 90s. Looks delicious. Always wanted to make it, now I can!!! Thanks for the recipe!

This was awesome! I've made it 3 times. The original recipe, with chicken, and also salmon. I had to alter it a bit due to my health issues. Less salt, lite cream, more garlic and a slurry instead of flour. These recipes never disappoint!!👏👏👏
