I always thought it got its name cause of the fact that the move starts as a DDT but also because of the arm switch, a “twist of fate”, not what you were expecting, you know?

If they had actually ended up calling it JLT it wpuld not have gotten over nearly as well. Terrible name. Would not fit the hardy boy, at all. So glad they came up with twist of fate, much better name and it actually makes sense because they twist or whatever.
