The girl throwing the ball for her dog on her decking has audio I saw it on depths of fear and you hear someone say "get out!" Also you didn't mention that part of the curtain on the bottom right of the awning moves just before she screams as if someone had just brushed past it no wind otherwise the rest of it would be moving.
