The whole point of the “switch” is to have fun switching out the joy cons, instead Nintendo just doesn’t care about fixing them leading to less people using them. Thanks Nintendo.

Can’t remember the last time i used my joycons. Bought third party ones with motion control and never looked back. Plus the joycons hurt my hand after a while.

If anyone is looking for good third party controllers, the binbok joycons are a great alternative

Also make sure to leave it docked 100% of the time when not in use. May seem obvious but I can't tell you how easy it is to fall asleep when using the switch and wake up to the blanket putting strain on the sticks. Also use joycon cases and thumb covers. They usually come with rubber bands to stop dust getting in the stick covers.
