Use it all the time. Except in some areas like Dublin where there is a pre-screen for US citizens so you don’t have to go through customs when you reach the US.

It works, I've passed everyone. My coworkers paid for global entry and an Israeli man told me about it when we landed. I downloaded it and was set up before I left the plane. I was the only one who made the connection.
