How to Throw a Wiffle Ball Screwball | GWBL Pitching Tutorial

I use a Wiffleball with those small circle holes that goes around the entire ball. Just to make it have some break or rise to it, I put small pieces of scotch tape over one half of the holes. I throw something I call a Sinker-Screw or Screw-Sink, and it's quite nasty. Looked like its going to hit High and away (for righties. For lefties, high and inside) then it breaks to low and in (low and away for lefties. Its even gotten so much break that it would probably hit the batter's foot.

My screwball always goes the wrong way, any advice?
I do the normal movement, try to throw overhand holes on the left and it just becomes a bit of a hanging slider.

Where did you buy those strike zone indicators. Those look different than the blitz ball ones that I find when I look for these strike zone things. Do you mind telling me where you got it?
