🔥TOP-10 of the most high-profile events in the history of the Duyunov Engines project

Over the past 2.5 years, the Duyunov Engines project has passed important stages of development, gained fame in 116 countries and attracted 200 thousand participants.

Today we want to go through all the significant milestones in the chronology of the project in order to remember how it all began.

🔻1) May 30, 2017 - The start of project financing has been announced. Everyone can contribute any amount to the organization of the enterprise, which will design and develop innovative asynchronous electric motors using the Slavyanka technology. Participants with contributions from 3000 rubles. Add to the register of co-owners of the future company.

🔻2) March 28, 2018 - The first launch of bench equipment in the SovElMash laboratory, located on leased premises in Zelenograd. A team of engineers Dmitry Duyunov checks the operation of the stand, taking test characteristics from electric motors.

🔻3) In May 2018, a major partner provided a letter of guarantee on the additional financing of the project in case the funds raised using the public funding method are insufficient. This momentous event has confirmed: to be an innovative center “SovElMash”!

🔻4) May 30, 2018 - The Investment Agreement appeared in the personal account of the project participant - a document regulating the relationship between the investor and the Duyunov Engines project from a legal point of view. From this moment it is impossible to draw up a package of shares in your account without signing an agreement in electronic form.

🔻5) October 6, 2018 - SovElMash received the code of the developer company (decimal number). A four-digit combination of letters is necessary for marking products and basic design documents in accordance with GOST 2.201. Now you can draw up documentation, as well as work with government bodies and quality control department on a professional level.

🔻6) February 15, 2019 - SovElMash received the status of resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ by signing an agreement at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi. Along with this honorary status, the company has the opportunity to expand the construction of a design bureau (PKB) and conduct further activities in favorable tax, financial and high-tech conditions.

🔻7) April 26, 2019 - A land lease agreement was signed with the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone for the construction of the SovElMash design bureau. July 30, 2019 the contract is registered in Rosreestr.

🔻8) June 13, 2019 - A tripartite agreement was signed between SovElMash, the technical customer of the Moscow Technopolis SEZ and the general contractor, the Block company, for the construction of the design bureau.

🔻9) June 28, 2019 - Certification of SovElMash laboratory. The SovElMash laboratory has undergone external certification and received certificates of verification of measuring equipment, which confirm its serviceability and compliance with the necessary parameters, as well as give it the right to act as a means of measurement in the Russian Federation.

🔻10) July 5, 2019 - SOLARGROUP became a co-founder of SovElMash. The USRLE has fixed information that SOLARGROUP is a co-founder of SovElMash LLC with a 49.5% stake. The relationship between the companies is officially confirmed: all project investors, owning shares in the SolarGroup company, became co-owners of SovElMash LLC.
